Laparoscopy for Ectopic Pregnancy.

When an infertile patients conceive after treatment, we remains scared, because until both the mother and the baby go home safely, there are uncertainties.
We feel very sorry for this woman, who conceived after trying for 5 years with simple ovulation induction but was diagnosed to have Ectopic Pregnancy in TVS.
We decided for laparoscopy as Emergency procedure at 10 PM. The ectopic pregnancy was of large size and was in the left fallopian tube. The right tube was healthy. So we removed the left tube. The whole operation took 45 minutes time and she went home the next day.
There was almost no blood loss and no blood transfusion was needed.
We hope next time everything should be alright.
